Built from traditional Tuscan stone, the house features a covered terrace next to the living area, a lovely spot for breakfast or a quiet dinner outdoors. Around the pool, large terracotta planters filled with colourful flowering plants add a relaxed Mediterranean feel, perfect for long summer days.

This was the second time we visited la Casanova, this time in summer. It was more than lovely. The house was perfect, it even had airconditioning, wich wasnt there the last time. They provided a chair and bed for our little one. The pool and garden were absolutely amazing. Simonetta, Luciano and the rest of the Porciatti family are incredibly kind and helpful. We definitely had a really good time and would love to go back in a few years.In Radda - Pizza Pie. A big size family pizza for a quick diner Bar Sandy - breakfast, and amazing gelato And most important - La casa porciatti. The deli store we've visited so many times. The most delicious meatdishes, fresh food, antipasti In the surrounding area Sicelle - La uscia e bottega, lovely place, friendly staff and great food La Gabbia Tuscany Lounge - Perfect neapolitan pizza It's a longer drive but Vada was a nice Beach to visit with kids Il Molino di Grace and Cantalici were nice vineyards to visit
